I have been wanting and waiting to build a V8 S10 for about 20yrs. It is a 1986 GMC S15 with 35k original miles. 327 / th350 under the hood , engine was in it when I bought it so i dont know the specs on it and had no trans. Trans is built to B&M street fighter specs with 3000 stall converter. Running pro star skinnies up front with 15×8 / 275/60r15 M/T out back. I have changed out the edelbrock carb and mallory unilite dist for holley and Msd units. Headman longtubes and Flowmaster super 44’s are waiting to be installed as soon as I get the fuel cell installed so I can run the exhaust where it belongs instead of down pass side only. Plans are to build a 383 stroker over this winter and will at some point also get tubbed. (Hopefully sooner than later). It has been a long time dream to have a big tire V8 and has come along pretty well in the 9 months I have owned it.
