93 Chevy S10 Blazer 4.3 CPI mostly stock daily driver, this vehicle was bought brand new by my parents in October of 1992, I never drove it until I got it from my brother in April of 2015, it was in excellent condition with around 300k miles. It wasn’t running (The injector was bad) so I ended up trading him my riding lawn mower for it.. Once I got it running I then pulled the dash, steering column, console and mirrors, replaced the dash harness to convert it to have a factory digital cluster, (I swapped the lenses inside to have red backlighting) I also converted it to power mirrors. I rebuilt the column and removed the shifter collar and replaced it with a smooth stationary shroud. I then swapped in a console and floor shifter from a 98 Blazer. I love this truck, it rides so nice and I’ve got almost everything working on it. Future plans I would like to swap in a stock 5.3 with drive by wire & 4L60e, just to keep it simple. Would also like to give it a fresh white paint job with some pearl in it. This truck means a lot to me and I hope it’s around long enough so one day I can give it to my now 4 year old, Gabe.
