1983 Chevy S10 Blazer.I bought the truck back in 1991 as a burner from the insurance pool.I took the body off the chassis during the restoration. It started out as 4WD and i put a Chevy 350 ci 300 hp crate engine in it with a TPI and a Paxton supercharger making it a final 450 hp.It has a built 700R4 transmission.I tubed it by narrowing the factory frame 12 inches and put a Ford 9 inch rear end and 29×15.5 Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires with Weld wheels.Later on i cut the front frame section out and spliced in a factory 2 wheel drive clip in using Bell Tech 2 inch drop spindles in the front and Bell Tech 3 inch drop leaf springs in the rear.It has a full Alpine stereo system with a custom fiberglass enclosure with a 12 inch woofer and the spare tire has been turned into an enclosure too with 2 8 inch mid-bass drivers. The truck has a custom tweed interior with flames embossed in the door panels and headliner. The center console is from a 2010 Toyota Camry modified to meet up to the dash. The engine compartment has many changes done to it.The firewall has been smoothed. The wiper motor is hidden under the cowl panel. All the wires are hidden in the inner fenders and under the TPI plenum. The hood has a lexan clear panel with about 38 hours of metal fab and block sanding. The truck is 95% owner built.i did all the work except the exterior body and paint.
