93 4.3/4L60E 2wd converted to 4wd via SAS using fullsize Chevy 3/4 ton axles. 10 bolt front, 14 bolt rear and a divorced 205 transfer case. Custom 3 link suspension using 1.25″ Ruffstuff rod ends, 2″ .250 wall DOM tubing for the links, 7/8’s rod ends and 2″ .250 wall DOM tubing for the panhard bar. Running 4.5″ Old Man Emu jeep xj lift springs with a 1.5″ spacer. Custom built crossover steering arm with a Ruffstuff 1 ton steering kit. The rear is lifted via custom 2″ lift shackles, spring over, shackle hanger relocation and a leafspring pack with s10 and 3/4 ton leafs mixed, and a 3″ block. All sitting on 38×12.50/16.5 Super Swamper TSL SXs and 16.5″ polished aluminum wheels. Custom built front and rear bumpers. It has custom alligator skin interior, with one 15″ sub, SoundStream 1500 watt amp and an Alpine deck Its still a project truck, I initally purchased it for $400 as a cherry running driving 2wd with every intention of building it, still to come are a 5.3 v8 and a 5 speed as well as some suspension re-working.
